You must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and keep your account credentials secure. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape content at scale, or use Reboot content or branding without permission.
We aim to present product descriptions, images, features, availability, and prices accurately. Screen colours and packaging may vary slightly. Oral-care products are intended for personal care and are not a substitute for professional dental diagnosis or treatment. Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any delivery charges or applicable taxes will be shown before order confirmation where relevant. Available payment methods appear at checkout. An order is accepted only when Reboot confirms it; we may decline or cancel an order affected by stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, or delivery limitations, with any collected amount handled appropriately.
We deliver to supported locations within Pakistan. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, address accuracy, security conditions, or events outside reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing complete delivery information and ensuring someone can receive the parcel.
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. An order cannot normally be cancelled after dispatch, but it may qualify for return under our Return & Refund Policy. For hygiene and safety, opened or used oral-care products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind return. Defective, damaged, incorrect, and warranty-related claims are assessed under the applicable policy and statutory rights.
Eligible Reboot devices include the warranty stated on their product page or packaging. Warranty coverage applies to qualifying manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, accidental or liquid damage outside the product rating, unauthorised repair, normal wear, consumable tips, or failure to follow instructions. Proof of purchase may be required.

Our total responsibility for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
